What is a Pilot Edition?

We are doing a test run for our first ever snail mail and we need your help to share your experience as the recipient! Your insights will be valuable for our growth as artists and a small business.

Pilot Edition is a one-off series; the same set will not be reproduced.

What happens when you order a Pilot Edition? (yes it's free, you won't be asked to pay during checkout - except postage fee if any)

1. You will be sent a Pilot Edition mail, containing at minimum: a letter, a postcard, a bookmark, and two stickers. If the delivery is successful, of course you get to keep it!
2. You will be sent a link to a short feedback form, which will take about 10-15 minutes to complete. It will ask you about your experiences, such as delivery logistics, shop policies, product quality, and price points. Don't worry about giving negative feedback. They will be equally valuable feedback if not more, and it won't hurt your right to the voucher stated in (3).
3. Upon completion of the feedback form, you will receive a voucher (discount code) worth RM20 that you can redeem when ordering your next item at KALIKO Art Studio shop on The Gentle Hub.
4. Each customer is allowed to order one (1) Pilot Edition mail only. This is so that we can get as diverse feedback as possible. If you ordered more than one, we may have to cancel your extra order(s) to give a chance to someone else.

So, what's the catch?

• Because this is a test run, your Pilot Edition mail may not be perfect. Of course you may receive a perfectly pristine and high quality pilot mail at no cost to you (excluding postage fee, if any), but there is a risk that that mail may not have the best packaging, not of the minimum quality you might have hoped, or get lost altogether. We will try our best, but the Pilot Edition is there exactly because we are still learning.
• No refunds/exchanges will be applicable for the Pilot Edition as these are the informed risks, however, being part of this Pilot Edition means you are automatically entitled to a voucher as stated above!
